Description of feature:
It is currently almost impossible in some cases to find a way to contact a service administrator, some people don’t answer from mailto:xmpp or mailto:abuse, some don’t have a contact form in HTTP, or even a website, etc.
mod_server_contact_info gives a simple way to get the admins list using disco#info, which can be further personalised with additional contact addresses. It would be very useful for the network as a whole to ship it as part of Prosody, and enable it by default.
