Reported by several people, but unable to reproduce or establish the cause so far. Happens both when the proxy is using select and libevent backends.
Test fast writer/slow reader?

Of possible interest: debug server.lua: client 1.2.3.4:5678 read error: closed
Perhaps the last chunk if coming with or after the close event?

That's what I suspected, but our buffer is 4K in size, and a couple of people have said they lost more than that. It needs further investigation for sure.
