Prosody's configmanager supports having multiple configuration parsers. Currently there is only one, the default Lua based parser and there has not really been a need to support more formats. Integration with other config formats, if desirable, could be done in a better way, especially after util.startup #851 is completed.
We should remove this unused feature.
