Description of feature:
Right now the mod_cloud_notify module uses 'module:shared' for keeping track of the registered user_push_services.
Is it possible to persists the user_push_services to disk. This way after a restart the clients don't need to re-register. The problem is if Prosody is restarted the client won't receive any push notifications until the client is able to connect again.
